Store Policies

1. A size tolerance of 1–2 cm may occur (details provided on each product page).

2. For pre-order products, please kindly note that fabric colors may slightly vary between orders, as fabrics may come from different production lots. However, we will do our best to keep the fabric color consistent within the same order.

3. All items are Quality-Control checked by P&P before shipment to ensure they are in good condition.

4. If any damage is caused by P&P’s negligence, buyers may request a return/refund by providing a clear unboxing video.

5. Product damage caused during shipping is not the responsibility of P&P.

6. Free random product is no longer available starting from September 1, 2024.

Reya Dress dirancang dengan siluet loose dan flowy serta detail kerut halus, dilengkapi kancing depan yang tidak full sampai bawah sehingga anak dapat bergerak bebas tanpa menimbulkan celah terbuka, tetap nyaman saat beraktivitas.

Kebijakan Toko

1. Toleransi ukuran 1–2 cm dapat terjadi (sudah dijelaskan pada masing-masing produk).

2. Untuk produk pre-order, mohon dipahami bahwa warna kain dapat berbeda antara satu pesanan dengan pesanan lainnya, karena kain dapat berasal dari lot produksi yang berbeda. Namun, kami akan mengupayakan warna kain tetap serasi dalam satu pesanan yang sama.

3. Produk yang dikirim telah melalui Quality Control P&P sehingga dalam kondisi baik sebelum dikirim.

4. Jika terjadi kerusakan produk akibat kelalaian P&P, pembeli dapat mengajukan pengembalian barang/dana dengan menyertakan video unboxing yang jelas.

5. Kerusakan akibat proses ekspedisi bukan tanggung jawab P&P.

6. Free random product tidak berlaku mulai 1 September 2024.
